Q1:How is quality ensured? What certificate do you have?
A:We have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification,
IATF16949 automotive quality system certification, we have a
professional quality team and professional inspection and testing
equipment to ensure quality.
Q2:What's your delivery time?
A: It depends on quantity, generally screws will takes 15-25 days
after order confirmation(7-15 days for mold opening and 5-10 days
for production and processing). CNC machining parts and turning
parts usually take 10-20 days.
Q3:Do you offer custom products?
A:If you have your own product drawing or a sample,please send
us,and we can custom-made the hardware as your requied,we have a
professional technical team, if possible we also will provide our
professional advices of the products.
Q4:How should I order and manke payment?
A:For bulk production,30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
100% in advance if less than USD 5000.
Q5:What material of the product can you supply?
A:Stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nylon, steel, etc.
